Cancellation Policy

Overview This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking our event space. By making a reservation, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Booking Requirements Single-Day Event Booking: Our event space is available for single-day bookings only. Minimum Duration: A minimum booking of 4 hours is required. Maximum Capacity: The space accommodates a maximum of 65 guests. Pricing Hourly Rate: The rental rate is $75 per hour. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Additional Hours: If you wish to extend your booking beyond the initial 4 hours, additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $75 per hour. Payment Terms Deposit Payment: The non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final Payment: The remaining balance for the event must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation by Venue: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments made, including the deposit. Use of Space Permitted Activities: The event space may be used for meetings, workshops, celebrations, and other gatherings as agreed upon during the booking process. Prohibited Activities: Any illegal activities or activities that may cause damage to the venue or disturb neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Responsibilities Event Organizer: The individual or organization making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to venue policies and guidelines. Damage and Liability: The event organizer is liable for any damages incurred during the rental period and agrees to reimburse the venue for any necessary repairs or cleaning.
